1. Booking and Payment
1.1. Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a non-refundable booking deposit or full payment, as specified at the time of booking.
1.2. Payment Schedule: The remaining balance must be paid by the due date specified in your invoice. Failure to do so may result in booking cancellation.
1.3. Payment Methods: We accept payments via Bank Transfer, UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and other methods as listed on our website. All transaction charges are borne by the customer.
2. Pricing and Inclusions
2.1. Tour Price: The tour price is quoted per person and is subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed.
2.2. What’s Included: The price typically includes accommodation, meals (as specified), transportation within the tour, and the services of a tour guide. Please refer to your specific tour itinerary for a detailed list of inclusions.
2.3. What’s Excluded: The price typically excludes airfare, travel insurance, visa fees, personal expenses, meals not mentioned, and any items not explicitly stated in the “Inclusions” list.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1. By the Customer:
All cancellation notices must be sent to NavigoNex in writing (via email). The cancellation date will be considered the date on which the written communication is received by us. Cancellation charges will be applied as a percentage of the total tour cost, as follows:
30 days or more before departure: 25% of the total cost (The initial booking deposit is non-refundable).
Between 29 days and 15 days before departure: 50% of the total cost.
Between 14 days and 07 days before departure: 75% of the total cost.
Less than 7 days before departure or No-Show: 100% of the total cost – No Refund.
3.2. Refund Processing: “Any applicable refunds will be processed within 07-10 working days from the date of the cancellation request, to the original source of payment.”
3.3. Partial Cancellation: “In case of a partial cancellation (e.g., one person from a group), the above policy will apply to the cancelled portion. The remaining guests will be responsible for any resultant increase in per-person costs (e.g., single supplement charges, revised twin-sharing costs).”
3.4. Unused Services: “No refunds will be provided for any unused services during the tour (e.g., missed meals, hotel nights, sightseeing) due to the customer’s personal preference or early departure.”
3.5. NavigoNex Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, insufficient bookings). In such cases, a full refund of the paid amount will be issued. NavigoNex will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by the customer (e.g., air tickets, visa fees).
4. Changes to Itinerary
4.1. While we strive to operate all tours as advertised, NavigoNex reserves the right to alter itineraries, accommodations, or transportation due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), such as weather, political unrest, or road conditions. Any significant changes will be communicated promptly.
4.2. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses you may have incurred as a result of your booking.
5. Customer Responsibilities
5.1. Travel Documents: You are responsible for ensuring you have a valid passport, necessary visas, vaccinations, and other required travel documents for the entire duration of the tour.
5.2. Travel Insurance: It is mandatory for all travelers to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, personal accident, trip cancellation, and loss of baggage.
5.3. Health and Fitness: You must ensure you are medically fit to undertake the tour. Please inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions before booking.
5.4. Conduct: You are expected to respect the local laws, customs, and fellow travellers. NavigoNex may terminate your tour, without refund, if your behaviour is deemed to cause danger, distress, or annoyance to others.
6. Liability
6.1. NavigoNex acts as an intermediary between you and the suppliers (hotels, airlines, transport companies). We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity arising from the fault or negligence of any third-party supplier.
6.2. You acknowledge that participating in a tour involves inherent risks and agree to undertake the tour at your own risk.
7. Force Majeure
7.1. NavigoNex shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, epidemics, pandemics, quarantines, weather conditions, or any other natural disaster.
7.2. In such circumstances, the standard cancellation policy may be waived, and a future travel credit may be offered at our discretion, subject to a case-by-case review.
8. Privacy
8.1. We are committed to protecting your personal information. Our data collection and usage practices are outlined in our separate Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1. All content on the NavigoNex website and marketing materials (logos, text, images) is the property of NavigoNex and is protected by copyright law. It may not be used without our prior written consent.
10. Governing Law
10.1. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Shimla.
